After 12 years of operation under Incendia Music, in 2022 Lulu Davis made the decision to merge her management efforts with new Artist and Creator Management company Byrne and Sprich (Bands) Management, to further develop successful careers for emerging talent worldwide. She brings her roster to the company and continues to sustain reputable and long-lasting relationships within the creative industries.  Lulu’s roster is now more expansive than ever as she takes the position of Head of Music at the company, overseeing the development of the Music division. The relationship Lulu has built has with the bands is based on transparency, a mutual enthusiasm for their creations, and hard work. With this new partnership, she continues to employ a rewarding and successful career for her artists that has longevity and impact across the music and entertainment industries.

Lulu is a part of the MMF (Music Manager’s Forum), having been a part of the inaugural Accelerator Programme, sponsored by both the MMF and Youtube in 2019.

Lulu currently sits on the board of the MMF’s Rock and Metal network, and has spoken on behalf of both female music managers and the heavy music industry at various events, worldwide.
